About

Christal holds a Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction from Colorado Christian University and a Bachelor’s Degree in American Sign Language Interpreting. She received her coaching certificate from the Klemmer Coaching Academy and is passionate about effective leadership, and leveraging skills in communication to create connections.

She currently engages in enhancing her skills as a leader through volunteer work. She currently works as a freelance sign language interpreter, coach, and consultant for interpreters in educational settings. She has previously been part of a quality assurance interpreting team, where she engaged in the assessment of interpreter skills. Additionally, she worked as an educational interpreter and American Sign Language Instructor for several colleges in Colorado.

Christal is a Colorado native, wife, mother of three talented, committed, and loving amazing young men, mother-in-law to a joyful, vibrant, and powerful daughter, and Oma to her two creative, loving, and intelligent granddaughters. She loves paddle boarding, camping, fishing, and spending time with family and friends.
